We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Items returned to us will be at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All Nava Dead Sea Skincare products adhere to Australian Consumer Law.
Nava Nava Dead Sea Skincare Will accept all products that fall under the guidelines of Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law does permit a customer to get a refund of money simply if someone changes their mind after purchase.
If there’s a problem with a product you can choose between an exchange, repair, replacement or refund.
This includes when a product:
- is faulty
- is incorrectly described on our website
- is different from a sample shown
- doesn’t do what we said it would, or
- isn't of acceptable quality.
Nava Nava Dead Sea Skincare will replace and refund all items that are retuned to our Warehouse within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met:
- The packaging is undamaged
- The Product is unopened
- The product is unused
- The product is mailed back to our warehouse at the clients cost
- All free accessories that come with the product at returned, used and opened
If the packaging is damaged in anyway or the product opened or used you will not be entitled to a replacement or refund.
I bought Nava Dead Sea Skincare products from Amazon/Ebay/Etsy. Can I return them?
